Step-by-step
The woman stands on the left holding the leash, while a smiling man crouches on the right. Follow the leash down to the collar, then inspect the round object near the fingers touching it. The dog, man's face and nearby park equipment are much larger shapes, but the selected detail is the small item at the collar rather than the animal's whole head.
Choose that tag and read the explanation. The story connects it with covert tracking and contrasts the man's approachable appearance with stalking. A cheerful expression does not explain why he is handling that particular item. The stage does not require a map, a phone menu or any action involving the woman's address.
Allow the answer and clear result to finish. If the fingers obscure the small circle, compare the collar's edge with the man's hand and pause the video near its selection. Locate the tag on your own picture rather than pressing the entire blue strap repeatedly. No dialogue branch needs to be followed.
